Get a free quoteOnce you're happy with the quote, send us your logo or design. Ideally this should be a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG/PDF at 300 dpi or above. We accept most formats and can often tidy up artwork at no extra charge.
Not got artwork yet? Our in-house design team can create something from scratch — just let us know your idea and we'll sort it.
Artwork requirementsBefore anything goes to print, we'll send you a free digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the garment — including position, size, and colours. You can request as many tweaks as you need at this stage.
Once you're completely happy, you approve the proof and pay your invoice. We accept card payments, BACS transfer, and PayPal. Production only begins after your sign-off.

It depends on the print method. Screen printing has a minimum of 10 garments per design. DTF printing has no minimum — you can order a single item. Embroidery and vinyl transfer start from 1 piece, though pricing per unit improves significantly at higher quantities. Request a quote for your specific requirements.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from the date your proof is approved and payment is received. Rush orders (3–5 working days) may be available depending on our current capacity — just mention your deadline when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — you can mix sizes freely within a single order. The minimum order quantity applies to the total number of garments, not per size. So an order of 10 t-shirts could include 2 smalls, 3 mediums, 3 larges, and 2 extra-larges, for example.
Yes, for screen printing and embroidery we can produce a pre-production sample (also called a strike-off) before the full run. There is an additional charge for this, which is credited against your final order if you proceed. DTF samples are generally included in the setup cost. Ask us when you request a quote if you'd like a physical sample.
If your order doesn't match the approved proof, we'll reprint or refund at our cost — no arguments. Because every order goes through a proof approval stage, significant discrepancies are rare. Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and contact us immediately if there's an issue. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
In some cases, yes. We assess customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis — fabric composition, construction, and care labels all affect whether they're suitable for the print method you want. Get in touch and we'll let you know if your garments are compatible before you send them over.
