Everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive
Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days from the date we receive both your order confirmation and approved artwork. We use a next-working-day courier service to UK mainland addresses once your garments are ready, so production time accounts for the majority of the lead time.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Shipping charges are based on the number of boxes required to fulfil your order. As a guide, a single box holds approximately 100 t-shirts or 25 hoodies.

Saturday delivery is available on request and carries a supplementary charge above our standard courier rates. Please contact us before placing your order if you require weekend delivery so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate quote.
We ship to European Union countries and other international destinations. Shipping costs vary significantly depending on destination, parcel weight, and the number of boxes required. Please contact us directly for an international shipping quote before placing your order.
Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of receipt. If you notice any discrepancies — such as missing items, incorrect garments, or damage — you must report these to us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave contact details so you can arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to keep you informed if a delay is expected.
